I like to keep one or two print cartridges on hand so that when I run out I can immediately insert the new one and never miss a beat. However, The spare that I had was defective and of course it was beyond the warranty period and had to swallow the cost. Totally unfair and I stopped doing business with this company.
I ORDERED TWO BLACK HP CARTRIDGES FROM DATABAZAAR LAST APRIL, BUT DID NOT NEED THEM UNTIL RECENTLY. NEITHER OF THEM WAS COMPATIBLE WITH MY HP OFFICEJET. THEY REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY, SAYING I WAITED TOO LONG. PERHAPS THE SHOULD WRITE AN EXPIRATION DATE OF THEIR PRODUCT THE SAME DAY THEY SEND IT OUT. DO NOT BE SUCKERED BY THIS COMPANY.
